Cancellation Policy

Consultation Appointments:
- Clients can cancel their scheduled appointments up to 24 hours before the consultation time without any penalty.
- Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled consultation time will incur a cancellation fee of 50% of the consultation fee.
- No-shows or cancellations made after the scheduled consultation time will not be eligible for any refund.

Special Reports and Personalized Services:
- Orders for special reports and personalized astrological services can be canceled within 12 hours of placing the order.
- Cancellations made after 12 hours of placing the order will not be eligible for a refund as the preparation of the report/service would have already begun.
Refund Policy

Consultation Fees:
- Refunds for canceled consultations (as per the cancellation policy) will be processed within 7-10 business days.
- In case of our absence, a technical issue or error on our part, a full refund will be issued.

Special Reports and Personalized Services:
- If you cancel our personalised remedy services, no charges would be refunded in any case.
- If the service has already been delivered or the report has been prepared, no refunds will be provided.

Incorrect or Incomplete Information:
- If the client provides incorrect or incomplete information that affects the outcome of the astrological service, no refunds will be issued.

Technical Issues:
- In case of technical issues from our side, resulting in non-delivery of the service, a full refund will be provided or the service will be rescheduled as per the client’s preference.
